A family member may report that a ham radio licensee has passed on by:
1. Notifying the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) QRZ Guideline Silent Key
2. Notifying the ARRL (American Radio Relay League – the national organization for Amateur Radio) by emailing **@**rl.org. See ARRL SK Submission Guidelines. Also see PDF PDF submission form.
